Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Wolfsgart registration application and related services (the “Service”) operated by Wolfsgart (“Wolfsgart,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent or guardian) to create an account. You sign in with a phone number or an email address; you are responsible for keeping access to that contact method secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

2. Registration, tickets & payments

The Service lets you register vehicles, purchase entry passes, spectator and guest passes, and add-ons for Wolfsgart events. Prices are shown before purchase. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe; we do not store your full card details. On-site cash payments are recorded by event staff.

Passes and add-ons are subject to availability and any posted capacity limits. Unless stated otherwise at the point of sale or required by law, purchases are non-refundable; where a refund is issued, the related entitlements (passes, guest passes, and perks) may be revoked.

3. Event participation & conduct

Attendance and participation are subject to event rules and the directions of staff and the venue. You agree to drive and behave safely and lawfully on event grounds. We may refuse entry, revoke a pass, or remove anyone whose conduct is unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive — without refund where permitted by law.

4. Judging, scavenger hunt & perks

The Service may include vehicle judging, a scavenger hunt with QR checkpoints, and redeemable perks. Judging decisions and awards are final. QR passes, checkpoints, and perks are for your use only; attempting to forge, copy, replay, or otherwise abuse them is prohibited and may result in loss of access.

5. Your content & vehicle photos

You may upload photos and information about your vehicle. You retain ownership of what you upload, but you grant Wolfsgart a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and use that content to operate and promote the Service and the event (for example, on your car page, judging displays, and results). You confirm you have the rights to the content you upload and that it does not infringe others’ rights.

6. Communications

By creating an account you agree to receive transactional messages (such as registration or event updates) by email. If you sign in with a phone number, we send a one-time sign-in code by SMS so you can access your account; message and data rates may apply. We do not use SMS for marketing or broadcast messaging. 7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• access another person’s account, pass, or perks without authorization;
• probe, scan, or interfere with the Service’s security or normal operation;
• submit false information, forge QR codes, or attempt to redeem perks you are not entitled to;
• upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to Wolfsgart or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our marks or content except as needed to use the Service.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wolfsgart will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the purchase giving rise to the claim.

11. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, provide notice. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
